The Types of Online Poker and How they are Played

The best five-card combination which sticks through the final Showdown shall merit the win - in Omaha Hi, at least. Whether or not the winner will be the player having highest or lowest value of card combination will be agreed before the game - in Omaha Hi Lo, at least.
Seven Card Stud and Seven Card High-Low
Unlike the two poker variations mentioned, Seven Card Stud and Seven High-Low is capable of holding two to eight players only. The game’s rigid nature maybe the cause of it. Whilst there are four community cards, each player will be dealt with three private cards. To win, five out of the seven cards in total (three private, four community) must have the highest value - in Seven Card Stud, that is. Seven Card High-Low will make the owner of the highest or the lowest value of combination of cards the winner.
Five Card Draw Variation
Five Card Draw holds a respectable position in the like of poker variation, even so it may be unpopular as the other poker variations. This respectable position is because it is very hard to win in this kind of poker and it can even be important. Only five private cards will be dealt to each player, and from it, the players must devise the best five-card combination.
